Please note that all overseas customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges and are also responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.
Please ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Ensure that your original invoice are included in the parcel with your item.
- All Items must be in resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so there not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. MENZ SUITS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the original item form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Items from our SALE, OUTLET & £99 SUIT CLUB - unfortunately cannot be refunded, only full priced items may be refunded. We only offer an exchange only for any Sale,Outlet & £99 Suit Club items.
- Alterations - when you choose this service all items void refunds, returns and exchanges, as this is a bespoke service to each individual customer by your requests and measurements.
- We only exchange items if they are defective,damaged or if you require a different size.
