We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after cleared payment has been received, your purchase will be sent via Hermes Standard 2-3 day or Hermes Next Day.

We use Hermes/Hermes Next day services as UK standard.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, we do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank/UK national holidays.

  • DPD 3-5 Days Tracked & Signed Delivery Service - on all orders over £100 or over - £60.00

USA, Canada, Mexico

  • UPS 3-5 Days Tracked Delivery Service - on all orders over £100 or over - £40.00

Rest of the World

  • International Tracked 10-15 working days delivery on all orders £100 or over - £45.00

Please note that all overseas customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges and are also responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

Returns / Refunds
Menz Suits hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods please contact MS by email ( stating your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). MS will reply to emails within 24-48hrs. Please do not just return your unwanted item(s) without emailing MS or with no reason as this will subject to a severe delay and your return may be refused.
Purchases must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and their original packaging. All items must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice is included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your invoice is not included in your parcel this could result in a serve delay to your exchange/refund.
Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected by our QC department. If you require a refund please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reach your account. If you have any further questions please email our customer service who will be happy to assist you further. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge to send out your replacements within the UK. International customers will be required to pay shipping.


Please ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.


Returns Terms and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and their original packaging.
  • All items must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.
  • Include your original order note and instructions for exchange or refund.
  • Return postage costs aren't covered by Menz Suits
  • Menz Suits do pay for postage for outgoing exchanged goods, up to 1 exchange only per order.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so there not to be damaged in the post.
  • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. MENZ SUITS is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
  • Please make sure that the original item note is enclosed with your goods - no note may result in your return not being processed.
  • Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information on returns.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items from our SALE & OUTLET - unfortunately cannot be refunded, only full priced items may be refunded. We only offer an exchange only for any Sale & Outlet items. 
  • Alterations - when you choose this service all items void refunds, returns and exchanges, as this is a bespoke service to each individual customer by your requests and measurements.
  • We only exchange items if they are defective,damaged or if you require a different size.
