UK Delivery Policy

At Menz Suits, we keep our delivery process straightforward, reliable, and transparent. Every order is prepared in-store with care, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition and on time.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service is free of charge. You can collect your order from our Pear Mill store in Stockport, Monday to Saturday, 10am–5pm.

Standard Delivery

• Free on orders over £100
• £5.49 on orders under £100
• Delivery time: 2–4 working days

Order Cut-off Times

Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Quality & Care

As a father-and-son business, Steve and Ben personally ensure every order is checked and packed with care before it leaves our store. Your items will arrive ready to wear and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days before shipping. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your delivery using the tracking details provided in your confirmation email. Please allow a short time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
