Delivery Questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday may be dispatched the same working day where stock is available.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will normally be dispatched from Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend will normally begin processing on Monday.
Some products or sizes may need to be brought in from one of our suppliers before dispatch, which can add an additional working day.
How long does delivery take?
We use Evri Next Day for our UK deliveries.
Many orders can be dispatched the same working day. However, some products or sizes may need to be brought in from one of our suppliers before dispatch.
We therefore recommend allowing 1–3 working days for your order to arrive.
All UK deliveries are fully tracked, and we'll email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Click & Collect is FREE from our showroom in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Please wait until you receive your ready-to-collect confirmation before travelling to the showroom.
What if my parcel hasn't arrived?
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'll investigate it with the courier as quickly as possible.
I entered the wrong address
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the delivery address.
