Menz Suits Shop

I'm not sure where your shop is located? Visit us at Menz Suits, located at Unit E9, 4th floor, Pear Mill, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 2BP. To find us, follow the one-way system around Pear Mill to the rear of the building. You'll find the entrance through the Riverside Suite, situated near Swift Caravans. Find us here.

Parking? Great news! When you visit Menz Suits, you'll have the convenience of Free parking on site.

Can we just visit your shop? No appointment is necessary! We are delighted to welcome you to our store. Our doors are open to the public, and walk-ins are always encouraged.

Can I make an appointment for wedding suit fitting? You can book an appointment for a wedding suit fitting at our shop by using our contact form, calling us, or emailing us at info@menzsuits.co.uk. For more contact details, please refer to the bottom of our website.

How long will my appointment last? We can accommodate up to four people in a one-hour time slot. For larger parties, we're happy to allocate 2 hours as needed.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We use a trackable delivery service, and tracking details will be sent in the dispatch email. Please allow 2 working days for order preparation.

Do you provide free shipping? Yes. We're pleased to offer Free standard shipping on orders over £50.

If I place an order online during a bank holiday, when will it be processed? Orders placed online over a national bank holiday will be processed within the next two working days.

Can I pick up my online order from your shop? We’re pleased to offer a convenient click-and-collect service for online orders. To pick up your order from our shop, simply:

  1. Place your order online and select the "pickup" option at checkout.
  2. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation notification.
  3. Visit our shop with your order confirmation (email or receipt) and a valid form of ID.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item? You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached, and free of fragrance, smoke, animal hair, and marks. More info here.

Yes, you can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original condition: unworn, with all tags and labels attached, and free of fragrance, smoke, animal hair, and marks. Please contact us via email at info@menzsuits.co.uk or through our WhatsApp live chat. We offer one free exchange per customer; additional exchanges may incur a £5 fee.

Can I return part of my suit for a different size? Yes, you can return individual items; there's no need to return the entire suit.

What is the fit of your suits? All the suits we stock are cut in a slim-fit style. However, we do offer one or two suits that are tailored fit. Please refer to the product descriptions for more details.

Do you have a size guide? View our size guide here. Keep in mind that sizing can vary between brands and countries, so it's always a good idea to check the specific brand's sizing chart if available.

Do any of your suits come in short or long leg lengths? All our suits and products are produced in regular lengths; unfortunately, we do not offer them in short or long lengths.

Do you offer tailoring/alterations? Yes! We provide a convenient and customer-friendly alteration service, which is available in our shop and online.

Do you sell gift cards?Yes, we offer gift cards ranging from £25, redeemable both online and in-store. Simply search "gift card" on our website to find the perfect option for gifting.

How do gift cards work? Select your desired gift card amount and add it to your cart like any other product. After completing payment, you’ll receive an email with a QR code and the gift card balance, please note, all our gift cards are electronic, and no physical card will be issued.

What happens if the item is delayed/out of stock? In the rare event of a delay or if an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or phone. You’ll have the option to cancel, wait for the updated stock arrival, or choose an alternative item.
