Online Ordering FAQs

What if I’m unsure what size to order?

If you’re unsure which size to choose, please message us before ordering. We’re happy to help with jacket, waistcoat and trouser sizing so you can order with more confidence. You can also check our size guide on each product page.

Can I exchange my suit if the size isn’t right?

Yes. If the size isn’t quite right, we offer easy exchanges to help get you sorted. You can exchange individual pieces, such as the jacket, waistcoat or trousers, subject to stock availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

If an item is delayed or out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. You can choose to wait, select an alternative style or size, or cancel your order.

Can I order online and collect in-store?

Yes. You can choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect your order from our Stockport showroom once it’s ready.
