Returns Information:

UK Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@menzsuits.co.uk or through our WhatsApp live chat. Please wait for authorisation before returning any items.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached, and free from fragrance, smoke, animal hair, or any marks.

Ensure the product is carefully refolded and repackaged in its original packaging.

We cannot accept items that are crumpled or damaged due to improper folding.

Refund or exchange requests may be refused or penalised if the items are not returned in near-original condition.

Please include the original invoice with your return to prevent any processing delays.
Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable.
Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns that do not include tracking.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exceptions:

    Bespoke Products: 

    These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    Faulty or Damaged Items: 

    A full refund will be issued for items that are genuinely faulty. Please note that loose threads or cotton do not qualify as faults.

    Sale Items: 

    All sale items are non-refundable; however, they can be exchanged or converted into an e-credit note for future use. If the size you ordered is unavailable, a refund option will be offered. However, once you agree to receive your original sale item(s) or exchanged item(s), the refund option will no longer apply, and the order will revert to our standard sale item policy of exchange or store e-credit.

      Refunds: 

      Refund processing may take up to 5 working days from the date we receive the products. Please allow an additional 5–10 days for the funds to appear in your account. If you use your own courier for returns, there will be no deductions from your refund.

        Exchanges: 

        Please return items using your local post office. Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of the return date. Items will be sent via Evri Next Day, and you will receive a notification upon dispatch. The first exchange is free for UK customers; a £5 fee applies for any subsequent exchanges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and we will offer alternatives if an item is out of stock.
