How to Measure Collar Size (For Shirts):

  1. Start at the bottom of your Adam's Apple.
  2. Use a soft tape measure.
  3. Keep the tape measure snug but not too tight.
  4. Place one finger under the tape for breathing room.
  5. Ask a friend for help if needed.

Shirt Size Guide:

  • XXS: 14.5 inches
  • XS: 15 inches
  • Small: 15.5 inches
  • Medium: 16 inches
  • Large: 16.5 inches
  • XL: 17 inches
  • XXL: 17.5 inches

How to Measure Chest Size:

  1. Stand upright with arms by your sides.
