Delivery & Returns

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We use a trackable delivery service, and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email (please check your junk and spam folders). Please note that it takes us 2 working days to prepare your order for shipping; consider these as processing days.

UK Delivery:

Standard Delivery – FREE:

  • Free standard delivery for all orders over £50.
  • Orders below £50 will incur a shipping cost of £5.50 to mainland UK.
  • Standard delivery orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 2 working days via Evri or Royal Mail.

Next Day (EVRI) - £6.50:

  • Next-day delivery is available for an extra £6.50 per order.
  • Orders must be placed before 2 pm GMT from Monday to Friday.
  • This service does not include Sunday delivery and is exclusively available for accessories and a selection of shoes.

Pick Up In-store:

  • Our Pick Up In-store service is free of charge. You can collect your order from our shop in Stockport, Cheshire between Monday and Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
  • For in-store pickup, please wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready for collection.

 Returns Information:

UK Returns:

  • Please contact us via email ( or WhatsApp live chat if you would like to return your order/item. Do not return your order without prior authorization.
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached, and free of fragrance, smoke, animal hair and marks.
  • Take care when repackaging/refolding and placing the product back in the original packaging. We will not accept crumpled and distressed goods that have not been folded effectively. Requests for exchanges or refunds may be denied or penalised in the event of the goods appearing crumpled, damaged, or not close to their original condition.
  • Include the original invoice; failure to do so may cause processing delays.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Keep proof of postage; we are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Bespoke Products: Non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Faulty or Damaged: Full refund provided. Loose threads or cotton do not constitute faulty items.
  • Sale Items: Non-refundable; exchanges or e-credit available.


  • Processing may take up to 5 working days from receipt of the products.
  • Additional 5–10 days for funds to reach your account.
  • No deduction from refund if using your courier for returns.


  • Return items via local post office.
  • Up to 7 days to receive exchange from return date.
  • Sent via EVRI Next Day; notification upon dispatch.
  • First exchange free for UK customers; £5 fee for the second exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; we will offer alternatives if items are out of stock.

EU Returns and Exchanges:

  • Use a local tracked service and complete customs forms accurately.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags and labels, free of marks, smoke, or fragrances.
  • Include original invoice to avoid delays.
  • Customs fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Postage costs for returns are not covered.
  • 50% reshipping fee may apply for exchanges, depending on country and items.
