UK Returns & Exchanges
At Menz Suits, we aim to make our returns and exchange process clear and straightforward. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help resolve it efficiently and fairly.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
Before returning any items, please contact us at info@menzsuits.co.uk to request authorisation. This allows us to process your return promptly and avoid unnecessary delays.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Period
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with all tags and labels attached
- Free from fragrance, smoke, marks, or pet hair
- Neatly folded and repackaged in the original packaging
Items that are damaged, heavily creased, or poorly repackaged cannot be accepted.
Please include your original invoice inside the parcel.
Refunds
- Delivery charges (if applied at checkout) are non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit without tracking
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 working days of receiving the returned item
- Please allow 5–8 banking days for funds to appear in your account
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item
- The first exchange is free; additional exchanges incur a £5 charge
- Replacement items are dispatched via Evri Tracked Delivery, with confirmation provided
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we will contact you with suitable alternatives
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Bespoke or Special-Order Items
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale items may be exchanged or converted into store credit.
If a suitable replacement size is unavailable, a refund may be offered.
Once an exchange is accepted, standard sale-item terms continue to apply.
Faulty Items
If your item is genuinely faulty, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Minor fabric characteristics, such as occasional loose threads, are considered part of the natural construction of the garment and are not deemed faults.
