UK Delivery & Returns

Order Processing and Delivery Information:

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We use a trackable delivery service, and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email (please check your junk and spam folders). Please note that it takes us 2 working days to prepare your order for shipping; consider these as processing days.

UK Delivery:

Standard Delivery – FREE:

  • Free standard delivery for all orders over £50.
  • Orders below £50 will incur a shipping cost of £4.99 to mainland UK.
  • Standard delivery orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 2 working days via Evri or Royal Mail.

Next Day (EVRI) - £5.99:

  • Next-day delivery is available for an extra £5.99 per order.
  • Orders must be placed before 2 pm GMT from Monday to Friday.
  • This service does not include Sunday delivery and is exclusively available for accessories and a selection of shoes.

Orders For a Specific Date:

  • If you need your order by a specific date or sooner than our standard delivery times, please contact our WhatsApp Live Chat at 07908940049, and we will respond within minutes.
  • All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Returns Information:

UK Returns:

  • Menz Suits accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. They must also be free of fragrance, smoke, and cosmetic or other marks.
  • Include your original invoice in the parcel; failure to do so may cause delays in processing your exchange or refund.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Retain your receipt as proof of postage; we are not responsible for lost returns without tracking and proof of postage.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bespoke Products:

  • Alterations are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are personalized for each customer.

Faulty or Damaged:

  • We will provide a full refund for faulty or damaged items.
  • Loose threads or cotton on suits do not constitute a faulty or damaged item.

Sale Items:

  • All items listed as "sale" are non-refundable; exchanges or credit notes are available.


  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days from when we receive the products for processing.
  • Allow an additional 5–10 days for the funds to reach your account.
  • If you use your courier for returns, no deduction will be made from your refund.


  • For exchanges, return your item via your local post office.
  • Expect up to 8 days from the return date to receive your exchange.
  • Exchanges are sent via EVRI Next Day service (UK mainland only), and you will receive notification once dispatched.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; we will offer alternatives if items are out of stock.
  • The first exchange for UK customers is free; a £5 fee applies to a second exchange on an order.
