- Paul Andrew has a more tailored fit. Choose the larger size if between sizes.
- Boys suits generally follow age, but height is the best guide.

At Menz Suits, we keep our delivery process simple, reliable, and transparent. Every order is prepared by our team with care, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition and on time.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is free of charge. You can collect your order from our store in Stockport between Monday and Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
Standard Delivery
Free on orders over £50.
£5.49 on orders under £50.
Delivery time: 2–4 working days.
Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns & Exchanges
At Menz Suits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchange process is straightforward.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
Before sending any items back, please contact us at info@menzsuits.co.uk to request authorisation. This helps us process your return quickly and prevents delays.
Please do not send items back without approval.
Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with all tags and labels attached
- Free from fragrance, smoke, marks, or pet hair
- Folded neatly and repackaged in the original packaging
We cannot accept items that are damaged, crumpled, or poorly repackaged.
Please include your original invoice inside the parcel.
Refunds
- Delivery charges (if applied at checkout) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 working days of receiving your item.
- Please allow 5–8 banking days for funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item.
- The first exchange is free. Additional exchanges carry a £5 fee.
- Replacement items are dispatched via Evri Tracked Delivery with confirmation provided.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if your preferred size or style is unavailable, we will contact you with suitable alternatives.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Bespoke or Special-Order Items
Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale items can be exchanged or converted into store credit.
If the required size is unavailable, a refund may be offered.
Once an exchange is accepted, standard sale-item terms continue to apply.
Faulty Items
If your item is genuinely faulty, we will provide a refund or replacement.
Minor fabric characteristics, such as occasional loose threads, are not considered faults.
